The V-Block:  The V-Block is precisely ground to fit the particular fixture.  A .0004" variance allows sideways maneuvering between the keys.  A 1/4-20 hole at the bottom of the V allows for working without a clamp.  The V-Block can be used both horizontally or vertically.    

5C Insert:  Standard 5C Insert is ground to fit the particular fixture; the serial number of the Flatspin is ground into the insert.

Submersion:  Can be safely submerged into EDM fluid by attaching an air regulator into the grease port and supplying 2 pounds of air pressure.
